Admissions are available for LKG to Class VIII. The age criteria for these classes are given below:

Starting from the last week of December or the first week of January, you can obtain the admission registration form from the school office on any working day. The form must be filled out and submitted with the necessary supporting documentation. You can obtain the form by paying the registration fee.

• A photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
• Three passport-size photos of the student and the student’s parents.
• The applicant’s original school transfer certificate (applicable for Grade I onwards).
• A copy of the class’s most recent report card
• A copy of the applicant’s Aadhar card
• information about either parent’s bank account.
• Medical Form.
• Local Guardian Authorization Form.
• A copy of the parents’ photo ID.
• A copy of the Guardian’s photo ID (if applicable).

Vendors who provide the uniform chosen for that academic year can be approached about purchasing uniform. The school will provide information about those vendors.

To relieve the burden of finding and obtaining books for the children, the school will provide study materials, textbooks, notebooks, etc. Parents can purchase the books from the store available in school.

The school does not currently offer any transportation. However, there are plans to start a child transportation service in the future.

One teacher for every 15 students is being maintained at the STEM School (1:15).

External tuition and coaching classes are not encouraged because the school uses a modern and sophisticated methodology. We strongly advise you to talk with the school in advance if you want to send your child to outside classes for any subject.

Regular school hours are from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. On Saturdays, there is a half-day schedule that lasts from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Parents are urged by STEM School to get involved in their children’s education. Every year, the school hosts an orientation programme for new parents to introduce them to the various school programmes that allow parents to actively participate in their child’s school life while also helping them understand the complementary activities and programmes that they can use at home to supplement their child’s education. Additionally, the school supports parents participating in workshops or classes, helping teachers, organising field trips, and doing anything else they feel might benefit their child’s development.
